Yuusha ga Shinda! Wikia

Touka Scott (トウカ・スコット, Touka Sukotto) is the main protagonist of the Yuusha ga Shinda! series. He was originally a farmer from Cheza Village before the legendary hero died in one of his pit traps. Touka was forced to carry out the hero's duties after Anri Hazeworth transferred his soul into Sion's corpse.

Appearance[]

In his original body, Touka has the features of an average young man with short, spiky black hair. He wears simple farming clothes consisting of a white shirt with rolled up sleeves, an open brown vest, black trousers, and a pair of boots.

While possessing Sion's body, he has the hero's chin-length silver hair and golden eyes. The two share a similar height and build, but Sion wears a navy blue jacket fastened around his waist with a silver-buckled belt, matching trousers, gauntlets, and a white scarf. Touka is considered to be more handsome by his friends in this form compared to his own.

The most notable part of Touka’s appearance would be his narrow eyes and tiny irises, features he possesses even while in Sion's body. This appears to be a reflection of his "evil" character, as his own body's eyes are wide and clear when possessed by Sion's spirit. Touka occasionally uses his original body during his adventures, and after laying the hero's body and spirit to rest, he permanently returns to his true form. In the sequel series, Touka embarks on a new adventure while wearing clothes similar to Sion's hero attire. Regardless of form, he usually carries the Sacred Sword in a sheath across his back.

Personality[]

Daikonstocking

Touka puts a kneesock on a Radish.

Touka is often portrayed as selfish and is not above acts such as stealing, lying, threats, and taking advantage of random people. He also displays signs of cowardice, frequently running away in battle when he doesn't have a direct advantage, and trying to escape while being forced to take responsibility for his depraved actions. Touka displays very sexually perverse behavior due to his unnatural obsession with beautiful women's thighs, something he does not try to hide. His fixation ranges all the way from trying to get a close look at some, to forcibly putting knee-socks on unsuspecting women at every available opportunity. He has a deep-seated love of seeing women naked wearing nothing but knee-socks, a fact that annoys his friend Yuna to no end. Indeed, the reason Touka became a radish farmer was due to the vegetable's resemblance to thighs. He often puts stockings on his daikon and ogles them after harvest.

Despite having numerous negative traits, Touka is a very kind person who treasures his friends and companions as if they were his own family. He can be brave when the situation calls for it, and has been shown supporting his fellow party members during their time together. Over the course of the series he repeatedly puts himself in mortal peril in order to ensure the safety of his companions. As he possesses little care for adhering to the chivalrous tradition of previous heroes, Touka will do literally anything to protect the people important to him, no matter how sneaky or unorthodox. This more heroic side has caused several girls to fall in love with him, but due to his oblivious nature and free-wheeling personality, he seems not to grasp the ramifications that come with his growing harem.

Having been taught survival skills by career criminal, Ethel Borgnine, Touka picked up her cautious nature and expertise in setting traps. Early on in the series, Touka relies on these skills to best stronger opponents, using the Sacred Sword's shape-shifting powers to aid him in building walls and creating fake floors to deploy devious tricks in battle. Befitting of his perverted nature, the new hero eventually learned to surpass human limits by focusing on a woman's thighs. He first discovered this during a battle with the voluptuous Necromancer, Diana Filion, when his desire to see her dressed in "naked knee-socks" allowed him to disrobe and redress her while moving at blinding speeds. Even as the hero, Touka cannot bring himself to kill women with beautiful thighs regardless of how evil or deplorable their actions are.

Four years after King Larcvalt's defeat, it is revealed that Touka managed to defeat an even more powerful threat during the time-skip. He has since grown to accept the role he inherited from Sion and spends his time training to take on the hero's duties should the need arise again. Touka currently displays courage befitting a hero and has a much more responsible attitude than before, but retains his underhanded and perverted nature.

History[]

Touka Meets Yuna

Touka’s first meeting with Yuna.

As the son of an alcoholic mercenary, Touka and his mother were heavily abused by his father. The young Touka grew up in the City of Elvania and lived a miserable existence until one day he was approached by Yuna Yunis. She promised to stay by his side forever and the two became close friends. The boy spent his free time playing with Yuna and her younger sister Milly, with the latter developing a crush on him. One day, Touka promised he would marry Millie if she could defeat him in a fight, only to be quickly beaten into submission by the younger girl. He quickly changed the conditions by saying she had to best him 100 times before he would accept her as a wife, to which she wholeheartedly agreed. At some point, Touka's father heard about the wars on the northern continent and planned to scour the raided towns for anything they could loot. Touka was separated from his friends and forced to depart with his family.

His father disappeared during the trip, leaving a sick Touka behind. His mother left to find some medicine, but she died a short time later, leaving the young boy all alone in the war-torn wilds. Touka traveled alone in the hopes of finding a way back to his hometown, facing countless bandits and various enemies which he could only run away from. This changed one fateful day when the boy found himself caught in a trap laid by Ethel Borgnine. Touka offered to pay her to help him return home or to teach him how to brave the wilds, but Ethel refused on the grounds that she was a wanted fugitive. When he remained undeterred, she reluctantly acquiesced. As they traveled together, she taught him everything she knew about survival, including how to set dangerous traps. He proudly began referring to her as "master".

Touka and Ethel

Touka and Ethel save Elvania.

Upon his return to Elvania, Touka found his hometown sieged by devils and began setting traps to deter the invasion. His efforts slowed the attack long enough for the Legendary Hero, Sion Breydan, to rescue Yuna and Milly. Once Touka had reunited with his friends, Ethel departed the city alone, satisfied with her pupil’s happiness. Touka searched for his teacher in the aftermath of the battle, but could not find her.

With their hometown in ruins, Touka and Yuna moved to Cheza Village where he began a new life as a farmer. He was only able to grow crops that interested him and soon began cultivating daikon radishes due to their resemblance to women's thighs. He would often put knee socks on the harvested crops with the intention of ogling them, much to Yuna's utter disgust. While she developed feelings for her childhood friend, her stunted emotions and his obliviousness halted potential progress between them. To complicate matters further, Yuna had become infatuated with the hero, causing her to constantly compare Touka to Sion. In addition to Yuna's constant criticisms, she began physically assaulting Touka for his perverted behavior, putting a strain on their relationship.

Synopsis[]

The New Hero[]

While working in the garden one morning, Touka admires a thigh-shaped daikon and places a stocking on it. After being admonished for her perversion by his childhood friend Yuna, she compares his antics to the great deeds of the legendary hero, resulting in an argument. Moments later, a devil attempts to eat Yuna alive. Touka tries to lure it into one of his pit traps by using grilled pork as bait, but the creature is instead repulsed by the meat. The radish farmer prepares to attack the devil, but the Legendary Hero Sion Breydan suddenly appears and slays the beast. Touka attempts to call attention to his own heroic efforts, only to be coldly threatened by Yuna for interrupting her conversation with the hero. He becomes even more jealous when she offers Sion some of her home cooking. Attracted by the smell of Touka's roasted pork, the hungry hero accidentally walks into the pit trap and is skewered, much to the horror of the gathered villagers. While the others blame Touka for the accident, he reasons that everyone will probably be held accountable, as nobody in their right mind would seriously believe the Legendary Hero was killed so easily. In a panic, the locals quickly bury the body to avoid further trouble.

Touka as the Hero

Touka wakes up as the Legendary Hero.

Touka wakes up the next morning to discover he looks exactly like the hero and quickly heads over to Yuna's house. Realizing she has mistaken him for Sion, he takes advantage of her crush on the hero to get her to wear white knee-socks and several articles of revealing clothing. Disgusted by the rotten odor coming from his body, she hits him with a broom, causing his eye to fall out of his head. He attempts to explain the situation to her, but she refuses to listen until Touka mentions the magical girl name Yuna called herself back when she first dreamed of becoming a mage and her equally humiliating costume. While this resolves the issue of his identity, it doesn't stop Yuna from hitting him a second time out of embarrassment.

The pair is interrupted by the sound of laughter coming from Touka's yard, only to find a young girl inside one of his pit traps. The stranger introduces herself as the Necromancer Anri Hazeworth whilst bragging that she was responsible for putting his soul into the hero's body. After pulling her out of the hole, he demands she return him to normal, but Anri refuses on the grounds that Sion instructed her to give his body to a worthy successor if he died. Touka refuses to become the new hero until the young Necromancer reveals she has his real body inside of a talisman around her neck known as the Coffin of the Living, and could easily kill him should he refuse. With no other choice, he is forced to embark on a quest to save the world. With Yuna in tow, the newly formed party heads to a nearby city to gather supplies for their adventure.

Touka remains grumpy and cynical before realizing he can take advantage of the public's adoration of the hero, using it to get a discount on a magic scepter for Yuna, free meals, and attention from women. After getting pounded in a sparring match by one of the real Sion's acquaintances, the onlookers come to the consensus that the real hero could never be so weak, and persecute Touka as an impostor. He is saved by Kyle Osment, a member of Sion's old Hero's Party who had heard the details of their situation from Anri and Yuna. Kyle frees Touka and has him wield the Sacred Sword as proof of his identity, only for the blade to grow limp in his hand. The people dismiss him as a fake once more, but Yuna proposes they take on a devil-slaying mission and let his deeds speak for themselves.

Touka angry at Anri

Touka angry at Anri.

During a discussion later that night, Touka questions why Sion's body is rotting away with him inside. He learns from Anri that it takes mana to maintain the corpse and wield the Sacred Sword, but his own power is too pitifully weak to do either. Kyle requests he be given the Hero's body instead, with Touka eager to return to normal, but Anri refuses on the grounds that Sion's successor must be capable of saving the world. She reasons Touka slew the hero whereas Kyle was always inferior to Sion, thus the former is more qualified for the job. Touka soon finds himself facing down the point of Kyle's sword, the latter threatening to prove his worth by killing the new hero. Touka begs Anri to give in, but when she refuses, Kyle simply plays off his hostility as a joke and promises to help them on their devil-slaying mission instead.

That night, Touka sneaks into the neighboring room to steal the Coffin of the Living from Anri, but can’t resist dressing the sleeping Yuna in knee-socks and forgets his original goal. Hearing another intruder, he flees the room through a window and hides as Kyle enters with a knife and attempts to stab the talisman. Anri’s protection spell repels the attack, prompting Kyle to flee seconds before the girls wake up. Realizing that their new ally hasn’t given up on taking Sion’s body, Touka returns to his room to ponder his next move. Yuna then walks in and beats him senseless in retaliation for putting knee-socks on her.

While heading out to begin their quest, Touka weighs his options on how to deal with Kyle and tells Anri to stay by his side just in case. They are approached by an adventurer who dismisses Touka as a fake hero before approaching the fortress where the devils are supposedly hiding. Kyle explains that the stranger is known as “Twin Spear” Belarco, a man said to have killed a hundred devils. A mid-ranked devil attacks the adventurers and impales Touka through the heart, though he survives thanks to Sion’s zombie body. Kyle easily kills the monster, but several more emerge from the woods.

Touka leads the group into the nearby fortress, rationalizing it should be empty if the devils are outside, only to be proven terribly wrong. Another group of enemies greets them at the entrance with one dissolving Yuna’s clothes, causing her to run away in embarrassment with Touka on her heels. After giving her a revealing swimsuit to cover herself, he encourages her to use her raw physical strength to fight, and the two easily kill the devil responsible for her predicament.

Kyle enters the room and prepares to finish off Touka, who smugly reveals he was already aware of the man’s intentions. Kyle reveals he wishes to obtain Sion’s body to achieve new heights and escape the stigma of inferiority that came with being the hero’s underling, but Touka is unsympathetic towards his egotistical tirade. Yuna kicks Kyle away with Anri rejoining them shortly thereafter, the latter having kept her promise to stay close. Kyle is dismissive of the young Necromancer, revealing to the others that Anri’s race have similar physiology to devils while claiming they are merely monsters masquerading as humans.

Bridge Trap

Touka using the Sacred Sword as a fake bridge

The three retreat and hide behind a wall made by the Sacred Sword, allowing Anri a moment to explain a bit more about her people. She admits Necromancers do possess Magic Crystals for hearts like devils, but also explains that they were persecuted by both humans and devils for being different. Touka and Yuna immediately accept her for who she is, causing Anri to cry tears of joy. While Yuna doubts their chances of defeating Kyle, Touka concocts a plan and manages to lure their pursuer onto a fake bridge created by the Sacred Sword’s shapeshifting abilities before dropping him into the water below. They collect the crystals from the slain devils and exchange them for reward money at the guild, however, angry merchants swarm the group demanding compensation for Touka swindling them the previous day. Yuna notes that they don’t have enough money to pay the tab with Touka deciding they should head to the capital, hoping he can convince the king to provide them with funds.

Meeting the Princess[]

On the way to the Royal Capital, Touka discovers that the flesh on his zombie body has not healed due to his low mana level being insufficient for regeneration. By the time the party reaches their destination, Sion’s corpse has been reduced to nothing but bones. He attempts to peep on Yuna while pretending to be an ordinary skeleton, but she easily figures it out and furiously begins to bury him. He considers returning to his own body, but Anri warns him that too many soul transfers with Possession Necromancy can cause permanent damage to the spirit. To avoid starting a panic in the city, Touka transforms the Sacred Sword into a face shape and uses the dye from Rainbow Grapes to paint a crude face. Despite his lack of artistic talent, he manages to reach the Royal Castle without any trouble.

Touka asks for funds during his audience with King Larcvalt, but the monarch takes his request as a joke, as the real Sion had apparently refused any form of reward for his heroic deeds. He then asks if the hero has returned to take Marguerite’s hand in marriage or to challenge him to a duel. Terrified at the prospect of fighting such a large and imposing warrior, Touka picks the first choice and is subsequently escorted away by the King’s Chamberlain.

Touka Meets Marguerite

Touka meets Princess Marguerite.

He greets Princess Marguerite under the guise of the hero, but the paint running on his makeshift mask frightens her. He reveals his face to her while making up an excuse that he was cursed by a devil to explain his skeletal appearance, a lie she immediately accepts. While slightly tempted by the idea of marrying a beautiful princess, Touka decides to turn her down when she brings up the subject. This upsets her greatly, prompting him to reverse his decision to avoid angering her father, but he adds the stipulation that they have to wait until he saves the world to get married. He also agrees to accompany her to the upcoming masquerade ball.

A large cart filled with desserts arrives in Marguerite’s absence, but Touka assumes that she won’t eat much and eats a large portion. Upon her return, the princess hands him a mask she convincingly painted to look like Sion’s face and devours the remainder of the food in a second. Touka decides not to judge her earring habits only to watch in shock as a rapidly thinning Marguerite passes out due to her insatiable hunger.

Her attendant Isaac Gardner explains that the princess suffers from Mana Effusion Syndrome, a disease that could threaten her life if she remains in a mana deprived state for too long, thus she has trained to become the world’s fastest speed eater. Marguerite quickly devours several courses, causing her to grow immensely fat. She shamefully admits that her bloated form lasts for an hour after eating, but Touka is actually thrilled by the size and shape of her expanded thighs. He pushes up her dress to get a closer look, his admiration causing the princess to blush while Isaac berates him for his depraved behavior.

After Marguerite leaves to see her doctor, Touka remembers that the king gave him no money and leaves to discuss these developments with Yuna and Anri. He tracks their whereabouts to an orphanage to discover the princess is there too, as her physician is also the home’s director. He introduces himself as Leland Tallman, claiming that the hero’s acts inspired him to open the orphanage. When Touka questions where his friends are, the doctor claims they went on a devil hunt and should return soon.

Touka later accompanies Marguerite to the masquerade festival, but Isaac follows them on their date, upsetting the couple. She claims that with the hero by her side, her attendant does not need to be there to protect her from trouble, slapping him when he suggests the hero might become the source of trouble. They leave together shortly thereafter with Isaac expressing suspicions that Touka is not Sion.

They continue their date unaware that Siruela Carmen is tailing them at Isaac’s behest. Princess Marguerite recounts her past relationship with Sion, claiming that spending time with the Hero today has given birth to real feelings of love, whereas before she felt only admiration. As they watch the evening fireworks, Touka mentions he never saw such a spectacle before, causing her to become suspicious. After he is unable to recount the events of their previous meeting, the princess openly confronts the impostor hero by questioning his true identity. Isaac and Siruela enter the scene and call him out as a fake, the latter concluding that Necromancy is to blame and the Legendary Hero is dead. Touka explains the bizarre events leading to Sion’s death, but the two remain unsympathetic and hostile before realizing the princess is missing. They then receive news that devils have somehow infiltrated the capital, prompting Touka to spring into action.

He discovers Marguerite being assaulted by Leland Tallman and a group of skeleton zombies in the deserted slums. As she struggles to escape the doctor’s grip, Touka appears and tells him to release her. She questions why someone who deceived her would try to rescue her, prompting an apology from the false hero. He admits to being scum who gets easily carried away, but claims even he couldn’t simply abandon somebody in danger. During the ensuing struggle, one of Leland’s zombies decapitates Touka, causing his skull to fly into the path of Siruela and Isaac. Once reunited with his body, he tells them that Leland abducted the princess, but Isaac refuses to believe him. Touka then proposes they spare him from execution if he can prove himself a real hero by saving Marguerite.

The false hero masquerades as one of the doctor’s skeleton zombies and pretends to take the two hostage, allowing him access to the enemy’s lair. They realize he was telling the truth and Isaac apologizes, claiming his own harsh training as Marguerite’s tutor caused her to develop her mana disease, also resulting in her turning to the doctor for help. Touka is quick to push all the blame onto Isaac, resulting in an argument breaking out until Yuna punches through a nearby wall and accidentally sends him flying. They then find Anri tied up and blindfolded, noting with disgust that she’s covered in a puddle of her own snot.

They discover the doctor holding Marguerite hostage, but Touka’s attempt to punch him fails due to his skeletal state, prompting Yuna to send Leland flying with a hit of her own. The princess addresses him as the hero, but Touka instead tells her his real name, making it clear he is not Sion. Several devils emerge from nearby as the doctor flees, but Siruela holds them back, allowing the others to give chase. Cornered by Touka’s Party, Leland swallows two vials of Soma Drops and summons more skeletons from the catacombs, using another spell to increase their resilience. Unable to fight them, the heroes flee the tunnels.

Touka uses the dyes from Rainbow Grapes to leave a trail of fake blood in a circular path through the forest to distract Leland, his strategy impressing his comrades. Anri suggests stealing Soma Drops from Leland to increase Touka’s mana, but the princess points out he might’ve used them all on himself. Isaac then mentions that Marguerite’s disorder causes her body to emit mana through bodily fluids. As she hasn’t shed a tear in ten years and refuses to be licked for sweat, the princess prepares to urinate in his mouth, much to everyone’s dismay.

Unwilling to go through with it, Touka instead devises another strategy. He turns the Sacred Sword into a fake rock to hide and infiltrates Leland’s skeleton army to launch a surprise attack to destroy the mana crystal allowing him to control the dead. While the doctor was prepared for this approach, Marguerite snipes the object from a distance using a bow Touka crafted from materials in the forest, disabling the villain’s magic and allowing Yuna to pound him into the ground.

Their victory celebration is short-lived as a devil approaches dragging with him a defeated Siruela, with Anri identifying it as a high-ranking devil. The monster shoots a beam of energy at Princess Marguerite, but Touka pushes her out of the way and takes the blast through the skull, causing him to collapse motionlessly onto the ground. Yuna uses Leland’s strengthening crystal and savagely attacks the devil to give the others time to save her friend, but Anri is unable to help Touka in his current state due to his low mana.

Marguerite takes Touka into the woods and attempts to revive him with her bodily fluids, but he tells her not to disgrace herself, instead admonishing himself for trying to help despite being a weak farmer. The princess claims that not everybody would be willing to give their life for somebody else, confessing that to her, he is still a hero. He makes a final request, asking her to wear some knee-socks for him before he dies, but loses consciousness before she can. Believing he is gone, Marguerite cries for the first time in a decade, finally releasing the vulnerabilities she was forced to contain for so long. Her mana-filled tears replenish Touka, allowing him to regenerate Sion’s body completely. He then confronts the high-ranked devil by turning the Sacred Sword into the shape of a giant thigh and clubbing it to death with a single hit.

The next day, they learn from Princess Marguerite that her mana disorder was cured after crying ten years of tears at once. He then questions her feelings from the previous night, but she is too embarrassed to say it again, instead giving him the chance to stare at her thighs in knee-socks as he had requested before. Before leaving to continue their adventure, King Larcvalt gifts the Hero’s Party with a Magic Carriage. Touka questions the princess’s whereabouts with Isaac claiming she is busy, instead giving them a letter from her detailing a gift she left for them in the carriage. After reading the letter, Yuna wonders if the princess hid herself inside the gift box, but Touka angrily berates her for suggesting it. They eventually discover Marguerite stowed away some time later.

Crisis in Farom[]

Seeing how unskilled he is in a fight, Marguerite begins training Touka in the art of combat. He ponders simply using the Sacred Sword’s power to compensate, but the others point out this is not feasible with his low mana, nor is it safe to rely on their very limited supply of Soma Drops. The party then receives a pigeon carrying a note from Siruela, with Anri and Touka mistakenly thinking they can eat it for dinner. The message explains that the high-ranked devil helping Leland was likely being controlled by an enemy Necromancer, while urging them to investigate the issue further. Touka refuses, clearly tired of getting into fights with weird people.

Later that night, the princess decides to teach him basic table manners, claiming that as the new hero, he will become her husband once they save the world. This upsets Anri, who was promised a simple life in the countryside growing radishes with Touka, resulting in the two girls fighting over him. He later hides in the woman’s dressing room to peep, but gets caught by Yuna, who lashes out at him for using the hero’s body to do creepy things. He expresses annoyance at her for constantly bringing up Sion, but she refuses to simply forget the man who saved her life. Yuna recounts the incident three years ago when she met the hero while mentioning that Touka never seems to be around when she needs him. She angrily questions if she even means anything to him before storming away.

He finds her in the streets fleeing from several men, but she begins to feel faint and collapses in his arms, mentioning that one of them bit her. She almost bites him herself when he leans in to inspect the wound. The mob meanders closer, but Yuna pushes Touka away to protect him, sensing she too has been infected by whatever strange condition has afflicted the townsfolk. She begins saying mean things to push him away, but Touka refuses to escape without her, his words touching her heart. As they are swarmed by more enemies, Belarco appears from above and jumps down, freeing him from their grip.

Touka regroups with the others, warning them that a bite from the cursed people will result in you becoming a monster like them. Anri questions Yuna’s beleaguered state, but he makes up an excuse that she has an illness, worried how they might react if they knew the truth. Secretly resolving to protect Yuna at all costs, he resolves to find the source of their plight and stop it. Belarco suggests they go to the mayor’s mansion where the survivors are holding up.

Upon reaching the estate, the gathered crowd recognizes “Sion” the Hero and begs him to save them. Touka encounters Colin Brad and Neigan Bourne who had been working for Leland in the capital, but does not recognize them. Colin notices Yuna’s state and reveals she is infected, offering to kill her as a means of protecting everybody else while secretly looking forward to taking his revenge. Touka punches him away and threatens the townspeople, claiming he will protect her at all costs. Yuna goes berserk and attempts to bite him, but Anri uses Necromancy to control her, convincing everybody that she is perfectly fine.

The party meets in private, where Anri explains Yuna is under a spell that suppresses her soul, reducing her to a corpse-like state, thus allowing necromancy to work on her. Marguerite deduces that they can free the victims by finding the caster and destroying their Mana Crystal. Touka resolves to head out immediately, but the girls suggest he wait until dawn due to the growing number of infected townspeople. Knowing that her spell will fail if she falls asleep, Anri decides to use possession necromancy to enter Yuna’s body. Touka volunteers to control Yuna’s body instead, claiming he’s the only one that knows her well enough to impersonate her if they run into somebody she knows.

Once Anri transfers his spirit into Yuna, he attempts to look at her body while naked in the bath, prompting the girls to blindfold and wash him. Touka’s perverted desires are thwarted again when Anri and Marguerite decide to room together with him, the princess binding him in ropes to prevent him from groping anybody while they sleep. They are later awoken by the sound of the estate being breached.

After Marguerite saves the mayor from several zombies, he leads the survivors to a fortified safehouse on the roof of the mansion. Anri and Marguerite conclude that a high-ranked devil must be behind such an advanced spell, giving Touka an idea. Using Leland’s x-ray crystal along with a mana detection crystal, he peeps on the princess before observing the surrounding town from above, discovering a large source of magic power along with the devil responsible. He concludes that they should be able to plot an ambush if the seven of them work together, purposely ignoring Belarco in the count. Colin objects to getting involved, but his outburst causes Marguerite to identify him as one of Leland’s former accomplices. She offers to absolve Colin and Neigan for their crimes in exchange for their help, to which they agree.

The group is then attacked from below by the devils, resulting in a fight breaking out. Touka tells Anri to use Sion’s zombified body to turn the Sacred Sword gigantic and crush them, but she is unable to, prompting him to take the blade and demonstrate its power. He enlarges the sword and slices one of the mid-ranked devils in half, impressing Anri with his technique. Marguerite then questions how he was able to wield the sword while in Yuna’s body, her observation surprising everybody.

The princess concludes that the sword has officially chosen Touka as the new Legendary Hero and is ecstatic now that she can fulfill her royal duty by marrying him. He refuses to commit, wanting to enjoy the thighs of beautiful women all over the world before being married, though he keeps this a secret. Touka and the girls manage to finish off a mid-ranked devil before being overrun by the infected townspeople, forcing them to regroup. They begin to pursue the high-ranked devil, but Colin is injured by a silver-haired man before he can reach her.

Touka identifies the new enemy as a Necromancer, with Anri recognizing him as an acquaintance of hers named Diego. The man reveals he was the one possessing the high-ranked devil they killed at the capital before noting just how weak Touka’s mana level is. Diego invites Anri to join their kind in taking revenge on humanity, but she refuses. Touka and Marguerite offer to act as mediators to promote peace between the Necromancers and humans, but Diego claims that coexistence is impossible after the slaughter three years ago. He explains that they have since made an alliance with the devils before using necromancy to summon the infected humans for an attack.

Seeing the scope of his magic, Touka questions how long it will take him to run out. Anri explains that most Necromancers have exponentially greater mana than her, clarifying that she was a failure among their kind for only possessing power equal to a strong human. Surrounded by enemies and with little hope of victory, Touka uses the Sacred Sword to create a wall to contain the mob of infected humans.

Realizing that Diego plans on killing him first, Touka offers to explain how he can wield the Sacred Sword without the hero’s body while spinning a ludicrous story and bluffing his way through the confrontation. The conversation distracts his opponent long enough for the mayor to return and ram Diego with the Magic Carriage. Touka reveals he had made arrangements for the mayor’s help in exchange for letting him see Marguerite wearing nothing but knee-socks. Diego shrugs off the assault, but the mayor reveals he brought back some reinforcements.

Yuna’s sister Milly enters the scene, introducing herself as a new Legendary Hero. Her presence confuses Touka, while Milly mistakes him for her older sister due to him occupying Yuna’s body. Her father Fieri Yunis chastises “Yuna” for leaving Cheza Village, before groping his daughter’s ample bosom, prompting Touka to smack him in the head. Milly’s adventurer’s party drives Diego away, but not before he reveals that the spell afflicting the townspeople will turn the victims into devils after a short time. Touka instructs the others to corral the infected townspeople into the mansion and seal them inside.

Inspired by his bizarre fighting style and trickster personality, Colin entrusts Touka with his magic crystals and stays behind due to having been afflicted by the devil’s curse. Touka pinpoints the probable location of Diego’s lair based on Siruela’s intel, concluding the enemy must be hiding in his and Yuna’s former hometown of Elvania. While on the road, Milly and her supporters introduce themselves, revealing the other two members to be a pair of mages named Shannon Petralca and Dorothy Eleonara. Fieri mentions that the latter was once a member of Sion’s party, putting Touka on edge due to his last encounter with one of the hero’s old companions.

Milly points out that her sister is speaking like Touka, making him realize he had forgotten to properly impersonate Yuna. She then accuses “her” of trying to steal Touka away, revealing they promised to get married. Marguerite reacts with a murderous look, prompting him to recount the childhood incident that led to it. Fieri expresses anger at how much Touka influenced his daughters before telling “Yuna” to go home once they finish the mission. Touka plays his role by mentioning Yuna’s dream of being a mage, though her father shoots down the idea, making Touka wonder why he is so unsupportive. He starts to ask why Milly called herself the Legendary Hero earlier, but the carriage comes under attack.

Fieri and Dorothea stay behind to fight off the assailants while the others flee to safety, but the carriage drives into a trap that sends them flying off a cliff. Touka uses the Sacred Sword to create a cushion by changing its rigidity, sparing everybody from any lasting harm. Milly questions how somebody other than Sion can wield it, he lies and claims the hero can endow anybody else with the power to utilize it. Milly uses her own sword to scatter the surrounding fog so they can proceed to the nearest town, ignoring Touka’s warnings of potential dangers. She triggers another trap and returns moments later missing most of her clothes, screaming that devils attacked her.

Realizing they are dealing with someone intelligent, he devises a counter strategy to lure out the mastermind. A devil emerges from the fog and seemingly kills the girl, prompting Touka to create a protective sphere around himself with the Sacred Sword. He surrenders, offering the hero’s weapon as compensation for his own life. The woman responsible for their predicament takes the sword and decides to kill him anyway, but the girls rush to his aid, revealing they had only pretended to die according to his plan. Touka peeps on the woman using the x-ray Magic Crystal and admires her thighs, earning a dead-eyed glare from Marguerite.

He then orders the enemy to strip and put on knee-socks while begging for forgiveness before realizing her identity, prompting him to strip Yuna’s body naked and grovel in apology to his old ”master”. Ethel Borgnine claims she doesn’t recall teaching a girl, allowing Milly to figure out that the person inside her sister’s body is really Touka. Realizing that everybody has figured out the truth, he has Anri show them the Coffin of the Living with his real body inside, revealing he has taken control of Yuna’s body using Possession Necromancy. Milly questions if her sister is dead, but Touka assures her this isn’t the case, claiming he will explain the rest later.

Ethel comes to the realization that Touka was the one who killed Sion Breydan, but this upsets Milly, prompting him to explain that the hero fell into a pit trap by accident. He then questions his master’s motivation for siding with the devils, but Ethel remains enigmatic, claiming that she witnessed something at the Gates of Hell that changed her way of thinking. She then welcomes Touka and Anri to see it for themselves before making their choice. Ethel attempts to leave with the sword, but Touka reveals he booby trapped it with a conduit for a lightning spell.

She admits to being outsmarted and gives it back while telling them about a magic craftsman who can fix their carriage. Claiming that her life is now his to do with as he pleases, Touka forces her to strip and put on knee-socks. Embarrassed by this turn of events, Ethel swears to make him pay when he returns to his own body while a jealous Marguerite adds in her own death threat, the latter causing him great emotional discomfort.

After reaching the workshop, the elderly owner mistakes Touka for Sion due to his bad eyesight, with Ethel revealing the man is actually the hero’s grandfather, Ledo Breydan. He inspects their carriage before explaining that his advanced age and failing vision will impede the repair process, leaving them with an extended wait of two days. Princess Marguerite volunteers to speed up the process by assisting him with the old craftsman informing her that she will have to memorize the manuals on his bookshelf to be of any help. She estimates it will take her less than two hours to do so, leaving Touka in awe of her intelligence.

He then asks why Milly claims to be a Legendary Hero, learning from her and Fieri that she wields an artificial Sacred Sword. Ethel then contributes some intel of her own, warning Touka that the Necromancers she works with each have a zombie created from the corpse of one the Devil King’s Elite Four. She goes on to explain that over a thousand devils are waiting in Elvania and encourages him to give up if he wants to survive, but Touka remains undeterred, claiming that he will do anything to save Yuna.

Later that day, Touka explains to Milly that her sister is infected with a spell that will turn her into a monster, and he possessed Yuna’s body to prevent her from going berserk. He then asks where she obtained her sword, learning that she won it in a competition on the Western Continent. Milly then suggests they spar like old times with their future marriage on the line and begins attacking before he can even accept the challenge, easily defeating her childhood crush in a matter of seconds. She tearfully questions how he possibly intends to save Yuna when he’s so weak, but this only reaffirms his resolve to succeed no matter the cost.

Moved by his strong and resolute answer, Milly reveals she knew he was the one who really saved her and Yuna three years ago, having learned from Sion himself that a series of traps delayed the devils’ assault on Elvania long enough for him to reach the scene. Touka downplays his contribution from back then, but claims he will be the one to protect Yuna this time. He then leaves to ogle Yuna’s thighs in private, but a devil catches him off guard and casts a spell, putting him into a deep sleep.

Touka wakes up inside of a world of his own memories where he relives an incident with his abusive father, and concludes he might have been sent to the past. While causing a ruckus and placing knee-socks on women in town, he realizes nobody is reacting at all, the lack of attention confusing him immensely. Remembering this was the day he met Yuna, Touka runs to the forest up to the tree where it all began and plays along with the scenario before trying to convince the child version of Yuna to do whatever he wants in the future.

After she runs off to get him some food, a familiar voice admonishes him for ruining her precious memories. Touka follows the noise to a clearing where he discovers the real Yuna completely naked. She explains they’re in a fake version of the past before stealing his shirt to cover herself up. Yuna reveals she is unable to interact with the people in this world while revealing she had seen his depraved actions and lashing out.

Seeing an empty void nearby, Touka decides to jump into it and see what lies beyond, causing the two to enter a memory of the first day he visited Yuna’s house. Concluding they can move forward in time by repeating the process, they continue traversing through the dream world to the day Touka was forced to leave Elvania with his parents. Yuna expresses regret that she didn’t see him off due to a fight they had the previous day. In the next memory, Touka tries to save his mother from dying, but the event plays out anyway, leaving him saddened once more.

Touka then witnesses the day that Hell’s Gate opened. He tries to dismiss it as unimportant, but Yuna notices the wound on his body, realizing for the first time just how much pain he went through during their time apart. Yuna explains she has been aware of everything that happened since he entered her body, including his conversation with Milly about the day he returned home. Knowing that his traps may have saved her life back then, she tearfully apologizes for her past mistreatment, but he shrugs it off, still adamant that Sion deserved the credit.

Still in the memory world, he then explains this was also the day he read her goodbye letter, only to discover that Yuna was bitter about their fight and was only considering forgiving him if he returned. Touka explains that her letter motivated him to keep living and ultimately saved his life by reminding him of home. He dismisses her attempts to apologize, claiming she ultimately saved his life just by being herself, thus making them even.

Their moment is interrupted by the appearance of the one responsible for their current predicament, a high-ranked devil named Nefu. The monster explains that he enjoys trapping his victims in a dream world and watching them relive painful memories for his sadistic pleasure before devouring them. The two try to flee, but the creature warns that someone subjected to his spell can only escape by defeating him. Touka and Yuna move forward until they reach the day he defeated the high-ranked devil in the capital, a time when his power was at its peak.

Nefu is mildly impressed by this approach, though he remains unfazed, easily dodging all of the hero’s attacks. Touka discovers the creature can read his mind so long as they are inside the dream world and decides to stop thinking, but is not skilled enough to fight in such a state. Nefu beats him down and prepares to kill him, but Yuna pushes Touka out of the way, puzzling the devil. Concluding that he can’t sense her, she mounts Touka’s back and manipulates his arm movements, enabling them to fight the devil without falling prey to its tricks. It attempts to read Touka’s mind, but he is too focused on the feeling of Yuna’s thighs straddling him to think about anything else. Realizing he underestimated the hero’s depravity, Nefu attempts to retreat, only to be slain by the Sacred Sword’s giant thigh form.

As the dream world is destroyed, Yuna admits there’s a chance she and Touka may never get to see each other again, but he reaffirms his resolve to save her. He wakes up in Yuna’s body, only to notice the real Yuna’s consciousness is standing beside him like a ghost, prompting an angry reaction when he puts a hand through her transparent form. The two are interrupted by the return of Anri, Marguerite, and Milly; who explain they easily defeated Nefu’s fellow devils and that the carriage is repaired, allowing them to continue their journey to Elvania.

In preparation for the battle, Anri returns Touka to Sion’s body, with Yuna expressing relief at having him out of hers. Marguerite notices him conversing and wonders to whom he is speaking, prompting Touka to point to Yuna’s astral form. The girls are unable to see her, prompting Anri to use a Magic Sight spell. She is able to sense a connection between Touka and Yuna’s souls, concluding it must’ve been created while he was possessing her body, thus explaining why only he can see her. To prevent Yuna’s body from going berserk, they bind her in chains and toss her in the trunk.

Fieri discovers their actions, prompting an explanation. He takes responsibility for leaving his daughter behind in the village and agrees to forgive Touka if he renounces thigh worship in favor of breasts. He lies and pretends to agree, though Yuna’s father seems pleased nonetheless. Sion’s grandfather provides them with magical communicators and special clothing made from devil hide. He explains the latter should project onto her astral form if placed on her physical body, though Yuna dislikes the design.

Ethel warns him about the danger again, but he leaves without hesitation, his callousness upsetting her. She runs after the carriage while expressing anger that he left so easily, only to be captured upon entering, with Touka revealing he knew she had a soft spot for him and would fall into his trap. He gives her the choice to accompany them as an ally or a hostage, before receiving some biting verbal abuse from his master.

During the ride, Milly explains that she wanted to become a Legendary Hero to bring peace to the world and restore their hometown, earning a smile from her friend. Ethel then reveals she agreed to help them due to disliking Diego’s methods, but Touka accuses her of doing so for his own sake, to which she immediately denies.

Upon reaching the city, Touka uses the Sacred Sword to form a barrier around the carriage, allowing them to charge through the defenses. Ethel stabs her student in the head, pretending to kill him in front of Diego’s zombies, with Anri having returned Touka to his own body the instant he was struck. While Ethel carries Sion’s corpse away, the others slip by unseen to begin the real attack.

Touka and Yuna sneak into the sewers to launch a surprise attack with Anri tagging along. He voices concern that the enemy will notice her absence, but Anri explains she left a dummy behind before claiming they won’t care either way, as she was always considered a failure by her fellow Necromancers. She expresses a desire to be of help to him regardless, before noting he can wield the Sacred Sword even in his real body. Touka wonders if he really was chosen to be the next Legendary Hero, to which she happily agrees.

He notes his own body is significantly weaker than Sion’s or Yuna’s before succumbing to fatigue, silently wondering if his reliance on Soma Drops or overuse of possession Necromancy is to blame. After defeating a pair of low-ranked devils, Touka and Anri possess the corpses to infiltrate the enemy’s hideout. They then come upon a large group of devils preparing to kill a group of female adventurers. After Anri fails to reason with them, Touka convinces them to enjoy the humans by forcing them to stand naked in kneesocks, the humiliation ironically saving their lives.

Touka and Anri are approached by two more low-ranking devils, who express hatred of Diego’s evil methods, claiming their leader Queen Adele taught them not to unnecessarily torment humans even if they intend on eating them. Realizing that the female devil is the one responsible for Yuna’s condition, he follows them to meet her. Touka plots to put her to sleep using Nefu’s power, striking up a casual conversation before knocking her out. He attempts to slay her, but is almost killed in the process, with Anri returning him to his body just in time. His attacker is revealed by Anri to be her older brother.

Relationships[]

Family[]

Touka came from a troubled background, with both he and his mother being victims of abuse for many years at the hands of his alcoholic father. During these times, his mother would helplessly watch the violence unfold with apologetic eyes. His father’s toxic behavior would often drive Touka to leave the house and avoid people for a time. The family was eventually forced to move north when his father decided to scour the battle-ravaged lands for anything he could loot, but one day he left and did not return, implying death or desertion.

At the time, Touka was sick with an unspecified illness, prompting his mother to leave in search of medicine. He eventually discovered her lying in the streets. As he held her in his arms, his mother apologized for looking the other way while he suffered for so long, tearfully admitting she was a terrible parent. With her last breath, she tells Touka that she truly loved him more than anything before passing away.

Companions[]

Yuna Yunis[]

The childhood friend of Touka, she is one of the many companions that he travels with on his journey as the Hero. While Touka has feelings for her, his perverted antics cause no end of trouble. Likewise, Yuna spent years actively concealing how she felt about him. While living together in the village, she would regularly bring him food while claiming it was leftovers from somebody else to hide the fact that she was cooking for him. As a result, Touka remained completely unaware of how she felt. The situation worsened after Yuna was rescued by Sion Blandan, causing her to develop a crush on the hero while constantly comparing Touka to him. She has a strong dislike of his attempts to touch her in a perverted manner and usually reacts by beating him up. While the two remain close friends, years of physical abuse along with the duo's stunted emotional growth caused their relationship to stagnate for some time.

Yuna kicks Touka

Touka tries to dress Yuna in stockings, only to be kicked!

Over the course of their journey together, Yuna notices his growing number of female admirers, and slowly accepts her own feelings. She eventually attempts to confess to him, but Touka automatically assumes her proclamations of love are familial in nature. Even after explaining that her feelings are romantic, he begins wondering if Yuna is trying to trick him, or if he is grossly misinterpreting her words. Despite being uncertain and confused by the situation, Touka smiles and loudly proclaims she is irreplaceable to him, regardless of the nature of their relationship. The other members of his harem watch the spectacle unfold from a distance, with Milly explaining to them that his reaction is a result of the years that Yuna brutally spurned his advances.

Occasionally he will attempt to put knee socks on Yuna when she isn't paying attention, usually leading to Touka getting beat up. She becomes more open to letting him touch her intimately as the series progresses, but will still berate him for his perverted behavior on occasion, especially when it is directed at someone other than her.

Four years after Larcvalt's defeat, Touka is living with Yuna, Anri, Diana, and Ethel. While he continues to confuse Yuna's proclamations of love as platonic, she accepts the situation as punishment for all the times she rejected him over the years, hoping one day her feelings will reach him.

Anri Hazeworth[]

A former member of the previous Hero's Party, she was the Necromancer responsible for placing Touka's soul inside Sion's dead body. Anri naively believed Touka was worthy of succeeding Sion due to the role that the latter's pit trap played in the hero's demise. The radish farmer was initially dismissive of her request to save the world as the new hero, but was forced to cooperate after she threatened to immediately end his life. Despite this rocky start, Touka and the young Necromancer become increasingly reliant on each other during their adventures, and he begins to treat her like a little sister. As her race is often discriminated against for their powers and appearance, Anri admires Touka as the second human to show her care and acceptance, the first having been Sion.

Touka promised they could live a peaceful life together after closing the Gates of Hell, but becomes disheartened upon learning from Sion's spirit that Necromancers cannot survive in the human world without the strong mana leaking through from the underworld. The deceased hero explains that he placed a temporary seal on Hell's Gate in the hopes he could find a way for Anri to live, but failed to find an answer. Touka resolves to do what Sion could not in order to save Anri and the Necromancers. They manage to achieve this goal several years later thanks to Nicola's magical research and Touka happily welcomes Anri into his home, having prepared a room for her ahead of time. In the sequel, he attempts to limit his perverted antics in Anri's presence with the intention of setting a good example for the young Necromancer. She is upset by the limits Touka is putting on himself and encourages him to act in whatever way makes him happiest, showing how much they truly care for each other.

Due to her age, Touka is notably offput when Anri tries to please him by wearing knee-socks, describing her slender legs as "carrot sticks". Nonetheless he remains supportive and believes she will develop into a fine woman.

Marguerite Farom[]

Touka first met Princess Marguerite during a visit to the capital as a result of the King's desire for Sion to wed his daughter. While pretending to be Sion, Touka took an immediate liking to the princess for her beautiful thighs while also learning of her mana disease and alarming eating habits that came with it. He was accepting of her bizarre circumstances and complimentary of her thighs after seeing her bloated state, the latter causing her to blush. Touka later helps her to express her vulnerable side for the first time in years, causing her to cry and curing her disorder. After saving her from Leland Tallman’s demented plans, the princess becomes aware of his true identity, but has already fallen in love with the real Touka. To stay by his side, she sneaks into his luggage and accompanies the new hero on his adventure.

Diana Filion[]

The two initially met as enemies when Diana attempted to turn the magical beasts on Sageland into an army for Hell’s Necromancers. She was surprised to discover his immunity to her trademark petrification technique, as victims need to look at her exposed breasts for it to work, and Touka was too focused on her thighs to care. Diana initially finds him unimpressive, mocking his pitiful mana level, while endangering Marguerite for the purpose of amusement. The new hero manages to achieve spiritual connection by focusing on his love for beautiful thighs and achieves superhuman speed, ripping off her pants and redressing her in knee-socks before she can react. Diana expresses shock when she realizes how easily he could have attacked her and begins thinking of him as scum in the guise of a hero before being petrified with her own power.

Upon recovering from her petrification, Diana is revealed to have fallen madly in love with Touka, as he was the first man to force her to submit, implying she may have developed submissive or masochistic tendencies as a result of her humiliation. She now seeks to be as helpful to him as possible, and will do literally anything he asks regardless. Diana becomes the last person to join Touka’s hero’s party. Her power proves useful immediately, as Anri had temporarily left the group a short time before, leaving them in need of a Necromancer to return Touka’s soul to Sion’s body. Diana subsequently aids her new companions in the battles against Farom’s Necromancers.

Of Touka’s female admirers, she is the most open about her feelings, literally showering him with affection and trying to seduce him on a regular basis. In the sequel series, she refers to him as her husband, and apparently practiced cooking to be a good wife to him.

Sion Breydan[]

Touka was initially jealous of the adoration Sion received from Yuna, to the point that the farmer suspected his “perfect” persona was only an act, and that the hero actually brainwashed others into adoring him (which is half-true, he didn't brainwashed them, but unknowingly right as Sion's act was to hide his depression). Sion seemed oblivious to these negative impressions while alive. After accidentally walking into Touka’s pit trap, the depressed hero allowed himself to die to end his own suffering.

As a spirit dwelling within the Excalibur, Sion becomes a guide to Touka on his quest and provides the new hero with helpful advice. He proves a useful ally, and the two heroes come to rely on each other. As the battles escalate, Sion takes a more active role by possessing Touka’s real body, allowing the two heroes to fight together in the physical world. They develop a friendship built on mutual trust over the course of the series, though Sion continues to hide several hard truths.

Due to sharing a fondness for Anri Hazeworth, Sion couldn’t bring himself to tell either of them that Necromancers can’t typically survive in the human world with Hell permanently sealed. When Touka reaches the Gates of Hell, Sion is forced to explain the situation to his successor, who violently hits him. He also admits his death in Touka’s trap was his own choice, and regretted his decision, as he burdened the next hero with his own responsibilities. While angry at Sion for keeping crucial secrets from him, Touka is ultimately supportive of his friend. He shrugs it off by likening Sion’s sins to his own heavily flawed self, these shared admissions giving them both the resolve to see their mission through.

According to Leonard, both heroes have a fetish for beautiful women’s thighs, but Sion’s more reserved nature prevented him from bringing it up himself. While Touka believes they could bond over love for “naked knee-socks”, the previous hero replies he prefers bare legs. Touka then dismisses the previous notion and tosses the Sacred Sword across the room with Sion’s spirit still inside.

Following Larcvalt’s defeat, Sion admits he will only be able to manifest one more time before finally passing on to the afterlife. Touka claims the previous hero had become his best friend, and the two part ways amicably. He then buries Sion’s body once more, putting his predecessor to rest at last.

Allies[]

Kyle Osment[]

During their first meeting, Touka was fooled by Kyle’s false kindness, unaware that the latter wanted Sion’s vessel for himself and would go through dangerous lengths to get it. Touka was initially more than willing to quit being the hero, but after hearing Kyle’s selfish desire to achieve greater heights and prove himself superior to Sion, he quickly dismissed him as an egotistical freak. In return, Kyle looked down on Touka for possessing such weak mana, and was more than willing to kill him in order to obtain his goal. Touka took advantage of his opponents arrogance and defeated him through the use of underhanded tactics. Their “battle” ended when the boy tricked him into standing on a fake surface made by the Sacred Sword’s shapeshifting powers before dropping him into the water several stories below.

Kyle’s subsequent plans for getting revenge on Touka continually fail, often being derailed by the appearance of mutual enemies that force them to work together. While his intentions remain questionable even during these team-ups, Sion’s spirit requests that Kyle help Touka, which he reluctantly does due to his continued respect for the previous hero. Touka remains cautious around him despite the two becoming allies and continues to dislike him on a personal level. This is seen when Diana Filion turns Kyle and Marguerite to stone with Touka expressing concern over the princess while bluntly stating he doesn’t care what happens to Kyle.

Kyle eventually carves out his own path to achieve greater power while watching Touka grow into a strong warrior on his own. He subsequently aids in the effort to oust the evil King Larcvalt and his cabal ruling Farom Kingdom, and acknowledges Touka as a true hero when the latter slays the despicable tyrant.

The two establish a more civil relationship in the following years, but Touka is put off by Kyle’s God Complex along with his growing cult of worshippers. In the sequel, it is revealed that 70% of the world’s population now worships Kyle as a God, and many of his cultists walk naked in the streets to emulate him. Not only does Touka dislike this new trend, but Kyle has purposely begun promoting fashion that covers a woman’s thighs while leaving their bodies otherwise exposed, showing some continued animosity between the two men. While adventuring in a new world, Touka intends to spread the idea of naked kneesocks around, only to discover that Kyle has already begun gaining worshippers there.

Due to their shared friendship with Sion, the two join forces to thwart an attack on the afterlife perpetrated by Leland Tallman in order to ensure the previous hero’s spirit is safe.

Milly Yunis[]

Yuna’s younger sister and Touka’s second childhood friend, Milly was arguably the first girl to develop romantic feelings for Touka. They often played together as children with Milly coming to refer to him as her big brother, a practice she continues to this day. When they first met, Touka often bragged to the Yunis siblings about his strength, resulting in the rambunctious Milly challenging him to a fight under the condition that he would have to marry her if she won. While she managed to easily overpower him, Touka changed the conditions, saying he would only follow through if she could win one hundred more times. His challenge resulted in Milly beating him up on a daily basis until Yuna found out about their duels and stopped it. Even in the present, Milly continues to hope he will honor his childhood promise.

Unlike Yuna, Milly was aware that Touka’s traps had delayed the devil’s assault on their hometown years ago, which is what allowed Sion time to arrive and rescue them. As a result, she has great faith in him. When Touka and Milly reunite during his adventure as the new hero, Milly defeats him in a sparring match, but remains confident in his ability to save her sister.

Despite being the first girl to have a crush on him, Touka seems to have little interest in her romantically, nor does he ogle her thighs like most other attractive women. This is likely the result of her gung-ho personality and relentless pursuit of him since childhood. While the two have their differences, they remain good friends and trusted allies.

Fieri Yunis[]

Despite Touka having been friends with his daughters for years, Fieri greatly dislikes the boy’s perverted nature and thigh fetish, a rather hypocritical stance considering he is personally obsessed with groping womens’ breasts. These hostile feelings appear to be mutual, with Touka reacting with fury upon seeing him again and angrily recounting how many times they butted heads in the past.

Seeing Yuna’s resolve to stay by Touka’s side, Fieri eventually chooses to honor her wishes. He reveals to Yuna the purpose of the gemstone collar he gave her long ago was to contain her magic as a witch, knowing that by unleashing her full power, she will be able to keep adventuring with Touka. This implies that in spite of his personal feelings, he trusts the two will protect and care for each other, begrudgingly accepting Touka as the most important person in his daughter’s life. He openly suggests he take Yuna as a bride, greatly embarrassing her.

Fieri later joins Touka’s plan to overthrow the evil King Larcvalt and free Farom Kingdom from his influence.
